It's our guarantee to shoppers that items priced $35 and over, or orders from our shop totaling $35 and over, will not have added shipping costs when shipped within or to the US and other countries. All products are shipped from Istanbul/ Turkey. 

Shipping, Customs Duties & Import Taxes

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable customs duties are covered by the seller.

You will not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery.

This means there should be no unexpected customs duty charges when your order arrives.

International Orders — Other Countries

For countries outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order if you are unsure about possible charges.

Customs Clearance & Delivery Delays

International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures.

Customs inspections and clearance processes are handled by local customs authorities and are therefore outside the seller’s control.

We always do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
